Warranty and Returns

To ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction Dirty Weekend Shop offers to our customers a 14 Day Replacement Warranty on all faulty products.

The following conditions apply to our 14 Day Replacement Warranty on products:

• The faulty product must come back to Dirty Weekend with the original packaging, unused and with the delivery receipt and/or other proof of purchase.


• If the product is a lingerie or other personal item it must be returned unsoiled, unaltered, unworn, with the original labels attached and in the original packaging.


• On the occassion that we dont have another of the same item in stock we will replace the product with another product of the same value of your choosing, or, a credit will be issued to you.

This 14 Day Replacement Warranty Policy is an exception, made in appropriate circumstances, to our Warranty and Disclaimer which can be found on the Conditions of Use page on this website.
